If you searched for a toddler program: most Gurgaon preschools let a parent stay for three or four days, then ask you to leave. Here you stay as long as your child needs. Some children take two weeks. Some take longer. There is no countdown.
Your toddler is in a mixed-age environment of young children. The adults have been here since 2014. School is 9am–2pm. We do not run full-day daycare.

What your toddler does while you are still here
This is the school's Montessori classroom — not a separate mother-toddler hall.
Wooden materials sit on low shelves all morning. Your child may pour, carry, wipe, watch an older child, or go outside. You are in the same space. Nobody runs a performance over them so the morning looks busy.
Our Unrestricted Toddler Entry & Settling Policy:
Most toddler programs in Gurgaon limit parent involvement to a 3-day settling window before requiring a gate drop-off. We completely reject this model. At Productive Minds, parents and primary caregivers are welcome inside our active running classroom, kitchen, and half-acre gardens for as long as needed.
Supporting natural toddler sleep and energy cycles, we operate a fully flexible schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM—allowing families to come and go at any time. Authentic Montessori materials remain accessible all morning, rather than being restricted to timed weekly lab slots.
The materials stay here. You stay as long as your child needs.
Other schools give you a settling week. We don't run the clock.
Gurgaon toddler programs usually work like this: parent stays three or four days, then the goodbye is expected.
That is not what happens here.
You come in together. You stay in the classroom, the garden, or the kitchen. The same adult sees you both every morning. When your child starts to play, you take a step back. If they need you again, you step in. There is no day on the calendar marked “today you leave.”
Mothers who came looking for a mother-toddler program already wanted this. Mothers who came looking for a toddler program are often surprised how long “as long as they need” is allowed to be. That is the point.

This is not a drop-off. Many mothers here are in the same season: first child, mornings free, not looking for daycare.
The campus holds 42 children on a half-acre, so you see the same people always. You can sit while your child pours water or walks the garden. Nobody is timing your exit.

Parents and nannies are welcome anywhere in the school, at any time of day, for as long as they like — not confined to a single waiting space.

The garden is part of the morning
Your child can walk onto grass, slopes, sand and the track whenever they want. You can walk out with them. Outdoor time is not a slot after snack.
